CHECK-IN: Our brand new rental office and internet cafe is located at 7 Island Lane, Edgecomb, ME 04556. On Route One, we are one drive-way North of the Eddy Road, just north of the Wiscasset Bridge.
Open check-in is between 3:00 P.M & 10:00 P.M. Check-out is by 11:00 A.M.
We can, sometimes, handle early check-ins as well as late check-outs. The more notice you give us, the better we are able to accommodate special requests.
If you will be arriving after open check-in, give us a call sometime the day of or day before your arrival. We will set everything up for your smooth arrival!
DEPOSITS: We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: For phone or in person reservations, a credit card will be needed to make your deposit. For online reservations, the PayPal system will process your reservation. Unfortunately, PayPal will charge your entire stay. Please call us if you wish to use your credit card and make a 50% deposit.
If you wish to use a check for your deposit, please call us and we will work with you.
WEDDING PARTIES: Planning a wedding in the area? We are happy to provide accommodations to your friends and family who travel here to see your special day! Give us a call and we will walk you through the process!
MAINE LODGING TAX: Maine Lodging Tax is 8% and will be added to your bill.
INTERNET ACCESS: Some of our units have their own wireless access, while some have not yet come online. Please call us if you are planning on making a reservation and wireless access is something you require for your stay. All our guests are welcome to use the wi-fi in our check-in office as well.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any of the Rooms, Suites or Cottages.
PETS: Sheepscot Harbour Village & Resort is a Pet Friendly Resort. However, an additional charge of $15 (plus tax) per day will be added to your bill per pet (2 maximum).
We ask that you crate your pet if he/she will be alone in your room. Please, do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time. Please be mindful of your neighbors during your stay here. We ask that you clean up after your pet. Any damages created by your pet will be charged to you.
Note: Not all rooms are pet friendly. Please call us, we will help find the right room for you.
If you notify us of a cancellation (outside of) 30 days in advance of the start of your stay, we will cancel your reservation and refund your deposit within 30 days.
If you cancel less than (within) 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund your deposit within 30 days less a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel with seven days before the start of your stay, you will forfeit your deposit.
