The Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort is a unique lodging experience. The Village is comprised of an Inn, Condos, Cottages and Lodge Rooms.  Each unit and property is individually owned by people like yourself.  The owners welcome you to enjoy in the experiences of the Village and hope you have a great time while sharing their homes.

UPDATE COVID-19

We are committed to following the recommendations made by the CDC, our state, and our local community during this challenging time.  We are also committed to the wellbeing of our guests, staff, and our resort community. Because of this, we are adopting a few changes in our daily check-in and guest room routines to give you extra peace of mind.

CHECK-IN

Our check-in office is located at 7 Island Lane, Edgecomb, ME 04556. On Route 1, we are one drive-way north of Eddy Road, just north of the Wiscasset Bridge.  Please use 7 Island Lane, Edgecomb, ME 04556 for GPS/Google Search. Our new check-in procedure allows for you to check-in without having face to face contact with our front desk staff.  There will be an envelope, with your last name on it, in the “Late Arrivals Box” located just to the right of our Check-In office door.  The envelope will have all of the information that you need to find and access your room.  We WILL NOT be entering your room if you stay longer than one night, but will leave any amenities that you need at your door.  Guest check-out is by 10:00 am.  No adjustments will be made to your reservation charges due to late arrival or early check-out.

DEPOSITS

50% deposit of the total room rate is collected at the time of booking.

INTERNET ACCESS

All of our units have Wifi.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodations.

PETS

Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort offers pet friendly accommodations.  However, not all units accept pets.  Those that accommodate pets, do have an additional charge of $25 (plus tax) per night per pet (2 pets maximum).  We ask that you crate your pet if he/she will be alone in your room.  Please, do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time, and be mindful of your neighbors during your stay here.  We ask that you clean up after your pet.  Any damages created by your pet will be charged to you.

CANCELLATIONS

UPDATE DUE TO COVID-19: All reservations booked directly with our front desk or through our website made after April 1, 2020 for stays between April 3 – May 15, 2020 will be non-refundable.  However, your reservation can be changed for a future date or the amount that you’ve paid can be put onto a credit voucher for a future stay.   New reservations for any stays after June 1st, will be held to the following policy:If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $25.  Cancellations that occur within 21 days of your arrival will be charged your initial deposit.  Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival will be responsible for the full reservation charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We require a valid credit card on file with a signature as security deposit from the guest staying in the room/unit. The credit card is held without regard to who may be paying for the rental. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged accordingly. Should you pay with cash, your credit card will be pre-authorized as a security deposit.  Accepting these policies constitutes an acceptance of these charges if required.
